How it Began
David Scott Hospitality was founded in 2024 with the aim to bring a simple and personalised recruitment solution for the Hospitality industry. Having worked in leading hotels before falling into recruitment and going on to spend 15 years working for various companies, it was time to go back to where it all began and set up on our own within the industry we are passionate about.

We have a combined experience of 25+ years in the Hospitality industry with international experience in most departments front and back of house, along with 15 years within Recruitment. We are passionate about what we do and we take the time to understand your needs, whether you are a job seeker or a business looking to hire.
